Shashikumar V

Shashikumar V has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shashikumar started their career at Centum as a Project Management and Production Engineer from February 2008 to October 2011. Following that, they joined Citrix as a Citrix Ready Intern, where they analyzed the Citrix Ready Xchange Marketplace and provided suggestions for improvements from December 2012 to March 2013.

Shashikumar then moved to Tarang Software Technologies, where they held various roles. Shashikumar began as a Business Development Executive from October 2013 to September 2015, where they identified target retail merchants and key decision makers for an innovative mobile solution. Shashikumar actively participated in campaigns, corporate tie-ups, and joint marketing strategies.

Shashikumar then progressed to the position of Sr Executive Business Development from October 2015 to September 2016, where they focused on lead generation for banking software solutions and applications, including UPI, payment gateway solutions, and wallets.

Shashikumar was then promoted to Assistant Manager Business Development from October 2016 to October 2020, during which they identified target customer bases for digital banking and electronic payment solutions across Europe, Middle East, and APAC regions. Shashikumar also played a role in strategic partnerships for the development of AI products.

From November 2020 to July 2022, Shashikumar held the role of Business Development Manager, expanding Tarang's Android POS payment expertise into new markets such as Nepal and the Middle East.

Currently, they serve as a Senior Manager Business Development, starting in July 2022. In this role, they have improved profitability through disciplined management, cross-functional collaboration, and value-based selling.

Shashikumar V then pursued higher education at PESIT from 2011 to 2013, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
