Michelle Warner

Michelle Warner, currently employed at TARC, Inc. as an Early Intervention Specialist, previously worked at the Kansas Department For Children and Families as a Permanency Administrator. Prior to that, Michelle also worked as a Foster Care Program Manager and Training Program Manager in different roles within the same organization. With a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Fort Hays State University and a Master of Social Work from Washburn University, Michelle has a strong background in social work and child welfare services. Additionally, Michelle has experience as an Adoption Social Worker at the Kansas Children's Service League, where Michelle worked on The Adoption Exchange Contract, Adopt KS Kids.
