Mohit Agarwal

Mohit Agarwal has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Mohit started their career in 2000 at Infosys Limited and held multiple roles such as Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Project Manager, and Account Manager. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Infosys. Mohit then took on the role of Group Project Manager and Agile Practice Lead from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they became a Delivery Partner at Infosys.

In 2019, Mohit joined Mentora as a Senior Director. During their time at Mentora, they had responsibilities in operations, marketing, product management, engineering, and financial operations.

In 2022, they joined Sonata Software as the Vice President of Global Talent Planning and Management. Later in the same year, they moved to Tarento Group as the Vice President Business Head Digital.

Mohit Agarwal completed their Master's degree in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 1995 to 2000. Before that, they attended Kendriya Vidyala Allahabad from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications including SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2019, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2012, High Impact Presentation from Dale Carnegie Training India in 2011, and various others in areas such as advanced retailing concepts and business storytelling.
