Pradip K has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Pradip currently works as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Tarento Group, where they manage the entire recruitment cycle for Digital and Microsoft Business units. In this role, they collaborate with hiring managers to understand the company's hiring needs and helps in finding and retaining quality talent. Prior to this, Pradip worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at SA Technologies Inc., where they handled end-to-end recruitment, managed a team of recruiters, and ensured the achievement of team targets. Pradip also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Quess Corp Limited, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling, and conducting walk-in interviews for clients such as HP, Software AG, OLA, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Graphene semiconductor. Pradip K completed a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCA) degree in Computer Science from FM University from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, from 2012 to 2014, Pradip K pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
