Pradeep Panicker

Pradeep Vasudevan P. is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Vice President and CFO for the Americas at Thule Group, a prominent global brand specializing in luxury outdoor products, since June 2015. Pradeep also leverages expertise as an Investor and Advisor for Tarform, a sustainable electric motorcycle start-up, since March 2022. Previous roles include Global Operations Controller and Director at Stanley Black & Decker, and various leadership positions at Philips, where responsibilities included financial management across multiple regions and business units. Early career experiences include financial analysis at BOC UK & Ireland and Chemoil Corporation, as well as consulting at Nestle Philippines. Pradeep holds a Master of Science from Columbia University, an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala.
