Charles Bates

Charles Bates has extensive experience in environmental management and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Air Quality at Targa Resources since August 2012. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Senior Environmental Specialist at the same company. From March 2007 to July 2012, Charles worked as an EH&S Coordinator at Enbridge Energy. Earlier in Charles's career, an engineering position was held at TRC from January 2004 to March 2007. Charles Bates earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering with a focus on Environmental studies from Texas A&M University between 1999 and 2003.
