David Galloway is the Director of Global LPG at Targa Resources, a position they have held since 2020. They previously worked as an LPG Trader at Geogas Trading from 2010 to 2020, and as an LPG Broker at Poten & Partners from 2007 to 2010. Alongside these roles, Galloway also gained experience as an LPG Trader at ExxonMobil from 2005 to 2007, and held positions as a Downstream Project Manager and LPG Chartering Manager. They earned a Master's degree from the University of St. Andrews between 1990 and 1994.
