David Smith

David Smith is an experienced environmental professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from McNeese State University, achieved in 1997. David has held key positions in the environmental, safety, and health sector, currently serving as the ESH Manager for Louisiana/Terminals at Targa Resources since November 2011, following a role as ESH Supervisor. Prior to Targa Resources, David was a Senior Staff Scientist at URS Corporation from August 2002 to November 2011 and an Associate Scientist at Ecology and Environment, Inc. from March 2000 to August 2002.
