Haley Trahan

Haley Trahan (Roszel), MBA, is a seasoned Service Delivery & Compliance Analyst Senior at Targa Resources, responsible for the administration and development of ServiceNow, IT processes, and training teams on service level agreements and incident management. With prior experience as an Information Security Intern at American Fidelity and a project-based intern at Targa Resources, Haley has contributed to cloud security assessments and the implementation of IT governance frameworks. At the University of Oklahoma, Haley held several roles, including student recruiter and supervisor, where management of over 60 students and fundraising initiatives were key responsibilities. Haley holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Cyber Security from Maryville University and a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
