Kyle Ebner

Kyle Ebner, MBA, ASP, currently serves as a Senior Process Safety Specialist at Targa Resources, where responsibilities include overseeing onsite compliance, training, and safety assessments, while actively participating in PSSRs and MOC processes. Previously, Kyle held roles as Project Safety Specialist and HSE Specialist at National Oilwell Varco, where expertise encompassed managing safety and environmental programs for manufacturing facilities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Safety Coordinator at Reliant Safety Solutions LLC. Kyle holds an MBA in Project Management and Process Improvement from the University of Houston-Downtown, along with a BS in Industrial Technology from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and an AAS in Occupational Safety and Health from San Juan College. Additional certifications include a Certified Safety and Health Official credential and an EMT basic certification.
