Michael Grace

Michael Grace, M.S., currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Terminal Operations at Targa Resources, where responsibilities include overseeing teams in operations, engineering processes, and maintenance for bulk storage and pipeline facilities, along with managing a $25MM annual budget. Previously, as a Compliance Specialist, Michael directed a $10MM marine fleet operation, enhancing safety management systems and vendor auditing processes. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Analyst I-II, where Michael optimized marine fleet operations and conducted strategic analyses, and as a Summer Intern at Higginbotham, gaining comprehensive exposure to insurance brokerage. Additional work experience encompasses transporting hazardous materials as a Truck Driver for Petro 49, Inc. and performing operational and safety tasks as a Deckhand in the commercial fishing industry. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Finance, Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Mississippi.
