Shayan Arshad

Shayan Arshad is an experienced process engineer currently serving as Process Engineer III at Targa Resources since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shayan worked as an Engineering Project Manager at Morrow Energy from February 2021 to February 2023 and as a Quality Assurance Manager, Site Chemist, and Decontamination Officer at Orica from February 2017 to January 2021. During time at Orica, Shayan developed a Quality Management System (QMS) and implemented ISO 9001-2015 through various methodologies including Gap Analysis and Daily Management practices. Shayan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Business Development and Management Certificate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
