Tom Wells

Tom Wells is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Permian Commercial G&P at Targa Resources since September 2021. Previously, Tom held the position of Director of Financial Accounting at the same company. Prior to Targa Resources, Tom worked at Millennial Energy Partners as Assistant Controller and at Energy XXI in a similar role focused on Financial Reporting. Tom began his career at Endeavour International Corporation as Assistant Controller for Reporting & Budgeting and as a Financial Reporting Manager. Tom's expertise was further developed at Grant Thornton LLP, where various roles included Manager and Advisory Senior Associate. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
