Trudy Ablack has extensive experience in organizational change management, strategic communications, and project management. Trudy served as the Regional Manager of External Communications at RBC from 2009 to 2011 and as a Manager at RBC Merchant Bank (Caribbean) Limited from 2002 to 2009. From 2013 to 2017, Trudy worked as an Organizational Change Manager at Enaxis Consulting, part of Accenture, followed by a role as Manager in IT Strategy, OCM, and PMO at Apache Corporation from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Trudy is the Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management at Targa Resources while pursuing both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
