Eric Achtmann

Eric Achtmann is the Founder and Managing Director of Global Capital X, providing independent advisory services in corporate finance, investment, M&A, and strategy since December 2010. Currently, Eric also holds board positions at YewMaker, Target Arm Inc., Aclys Bio, and serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for VivoPower and Arowana. Eric has been involved with Celdara Medical as a Founding Member of the Board of Directors and serves as an Expert Advisor for Innovation for the European Commission. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company and a Founding Member of the Technology Advisory Board at Parker Meggitt. Eric's academic credentials include an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and advanced degrees in Aeronautics & Astronautics and Turbo-machinery from prestigious institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics.
