With a wealth of experience manufacturing commercial kitchen equipment for the food service industry spanning over 30 years, Target Catering Equipment has earned the reputation of offering a quality product together with a personal service, on time and with thought for detail.

With rising energy costs and the quest of catering establishments to cut running costs and improve profitability, Target recognised a need to provide an alternative cooking method to traditional gas and electric plate cooking. Induction cooking technology, which is widely used across Europe and America proved to be the answer.

In developing their own range of i-hob induction hobs and induction cooking stations, Target not only provide commercial kitchens with a feasible cooking alternative, but their induction range is also establishing a reputation for its energy cost saving and maintenance time saving.

Target's in-house manufacturing facility allows them to produce all stainless steel catering equipment at their factory in Gloucester. By monitoring the quality of fabricated items Target Catering Equipment ensures customer satisfaction through high quality control standards.

Target feels that this in-house fabrication of products is what distinguishes them from their competitors.
