Target Evolution Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social enterprise and retail real estate developer established in 2011, designing entrepreneurship ecosystems and turnkey economic development solutions that prepare youth and adults for the future of work in the era of AI.

The Youth Engine: We are the #1 Youth Entrepreneurship incubator, bridging the gap between education and commerce with our signature "Teen Biz" ecosystem. This is a data-driven suite of evidence-based products and programs—including the Teen Biz Box, Books, and Camps—designed to teach real-world entrepreneurship in high-traffic retail environments.

The Adult Infrastructure: Building on our 15-year track record, Target Evolution is now the market leader of a new asset class: the Vertical Community Retail Incubator (VCRI)™. These VCRIs are professional economic engines for adult micro-businesses, providing the infrastructure and metrics needed to graduate into permanent storefronts.

Together, these models create a multi-generational ecosystem and pipeline that shapes policy and improves economic mobility in local communities for the future of work and small businesses globally in the era of AI.
