Matthew Mason

Matthew Mason is currently the Head of Compliance at Target Group since February 2024. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Group Risk & Compliance Director at Morses Club Limited and various Compliance roles at Shelby Finance Limited. Matthew has a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of York and has a diverse professional background in compliance, risk, policy, and customer relations in various companies including CURO Transatlantic Limited, RB Compliance Consultancy Ltd, Lowell Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Direct Line Group.
