Steve Herbert

Steve Herbert is a seasoned Senior People Partner with expertise in organizational change, people strategy, and employee relations. With a career that includes roles as a Human Resources Advisor and HR Operations Manager at Target Group, Steve has developed a strong foundation in HR operations and people management. Steve also has experience working at M&B Miller&Carter and M&B Harvester, where they held various positions in front-of-house operations and as a Team Trainer. Educated at the University of South Wales, Steve earned a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management, graduating with First Class Honours. Currently, Steve serves as an HR Business Partner at Target Group.
