Founded at the dawn of the internet in 1996, Target Systems Ltd blends deep technical expertise with practical business focus. Our senior team of 15 developers and internet specialists delivers end-to-end projects, ongoing operations, and staff augmentation without fixed offices - providing flexible, efficient, client-centered engagement.

Services:
► Web & Applications: full-cycle web development from requirements and specification to launch and maintenance. We build scalable, modular WordPress and .NET solutions optimized for performance, accessibility, and easy client self-management (Elementor-enabled).
► Software Development: business systems that streamline workflows, integrate with existing databases, and evolve with market needs. We specialize in legacy modernization (e.g., VB6 → .NET) and cloud-native hosting and operations (AWS).
► Mobile: durable, maintainable Android and iOS apps designed for long-term use and low-cost updates. Notable implementations include fleet and car-wash solutions deployed nationwide.
► Outsourcing & Staff Augmentation: embedded developers, QA, or full teams on Microsoft/.NET stacks, working at client sites or remotely for banks, corporates and SMEs.
► Automotive & Parking Solutions: CELLPR — our mobile license-plate-recognition (LPR) platform for vehicle ID, parking management, and services such as the Shtipomat car-wash network.

Clients & projects:
Longstanding partnerships with Union Bank, Adama (formerly Makhteshim‑Agan), Israel Corporation, Beeper, Ahuzot Ha’of and more. We operate content projects and developed a major online resource for poet Nathan Alterman.

Commitment & culture:
We prioritize long-term relationships, preservation of institutional knowledge, and inclusive hiring. Since 2001 we’ve run community programs and affirmative-employment initiatives (including recruitment of ultra‑Orthodox candidates, seniors, and people with disabilities). We were honored with the Globes Haim Brown award for community impact.
