Abbie Groves

Abbie Groves, PhD, currently serves as the Director of People Analytics & Insights at Target, where a career has included roles as Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant in Talent Analytics since March 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Assessment Consultant at SKS Consulting Group, a leadership assessment and development firm, from June 2018 to March 2020. Abbie also worked as an Industrial/Organizational Consultant at the Center for Organizational Research from July 2013 to May 2018, focusing on employee engagement, assessment, and performance management. Additional roles include Research and Design for Workforce Innovation at Cuyahoga County and instructor at the University of Akron, teaching various undergraduate psychology courses. Abbie holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron.
