Aishwarya Varma

Aishwarya Varma is a Software Engineer currently employed at Target since July 2023, following an earlier tenure as a Software Engineer Intern at the same company in mid-2022. Aishwarya’s experience also includes significant roles at Carleton College as a Class of 2023 Representative and as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant and Grader from January 2021 to August 2023. Aishwarya founded and served as Product Manager for Hack4Impact, leading the development of a React Native application for a nonprofit organization. Previous internships include positions at Oak Street Health, Optum, The Kanary, and Goldfinch, where Aishwarya contributed to various software engineering projects and automation tasks. Aishwarya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Carleton College, graduating in 2023.
