Alan Black

Alan Black is a skilled business partner with extensive experience in retail management at Target from 2020 to 2023. In their role as Lead Business Partner for Replenishment Preparedness and Support, they oversaw various operational aspects, including guest experience and sales floor management. Prior to this, Alan served as an Executive Team Leader in multiple capacities, leading a team of over 50 members while driving performance and guest engagement. They began their career with roles at Monster Energy and Kmart Corporation, and hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, graduating in 2015.
