Alexa Rys

Alexa Rys is currently the Chief Communications Officer at The Dot Twin Cities. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Target, including Sr Program Manager and Inventory Analyst, where they demonstrated exceptional results through strategic process improvements and effective vendor partnerships. Alexa’s previous experience includes coaching at the United States Tennis Association and serving as a Brand Ambassador at WhatRUWearing. They earned a degree in Retailing & Consumer Behavior from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
