Alison Conlin possesses extensive experience in retail merchandising and coaching, currently serving as Director of Assortment Insights and Director of Small Formats A&A, Home, and Hardlines Merchandising at Target from July 2021 to May 2024, alongside a role as Senior Manager of Site Merchandising for Electronics. Alison has also contributed to the Gilboa Ski Team as an Alpine Ski Race Coach since December 2014. Alison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Management Studies from St. Olaf College, where involvement included the Student Government Association, Political Awareness Committee, and the Varsity Alpine Ski Team, along with relevant coursework in marketing, management, and ethics.
