Allie Glinski

Allie Glinski is a sustainability specialist with over fifteen years of experience in the fields of gender equity and responsible sourcing. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Social Sustainability at Target, Allie focuses on developing programs that promote gender equity within the supply chain. Previously, Allie held various roles at the International Center for Research on Women, where they advised corporations on integrating gender and human rights into supply chain operations. Allie earned a Master’s degree in International Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
