Alyssa Grimm graduated from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2022 with a master's degree in Higher Education Sports Administration. Previously, Alyssa completed a bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at Lake Forest College in 2019. Alyssa has experience as a graduate assistant and assistant coach at various high schools and sports teams, and currently serves as an assistant coach at Germantown High School and the 16u Velocity Fastpitch National team. With a background in promotions and event organization through internships at iHeartMedia Milwaukee and Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association, Alyssa aims to secure an assistant coaching position within a college athletic program.
