Amanda Benedict is an experienced process owner and strategic problem solver, currently leading Asset Protection equipment replacement strategies for Target's surveillance systems and access control programs. They are responsible for developing and executing long-term operational improvements, showcasing a passion for relationship building through enterprise collaboration. Previously, Amanda supported Target's growth development strategy, focusing on in-store process enhancements during the rollout of new store formats.
