Amanda Sosely is a results-driven executive team leader with ten years of expertise in operational efficiency and guest satisfaction within the competitive retail industry. Currently serving as an Executive Team Leader at Target since 2018, Amanda utilizes extensive experience in project coordination and key metrics analysis. Before this role, Amanda held multiple positions at Michaels Stores, Inc., including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Replenishment Manager, where responsibilities included team training, customer experience management, and meeting sales goals.
