Amanda Vela

Amanda Vela has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Amanda started their career at Best Buy as an Operations Manager in 2003. In 2005, they joined Target as an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources and later worked as a Store Team Leader. Over the years, Amanda progressed through various roles, including District Team Leader, Human Resource Director, and Group Director. Amanda then transitioned into higher-level positions, serving as a Group Vice President and ultimately becoming the Senior Vice President of Stores at Target in May 2022.

Amanda Vela earned a BBA in Human Resource Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio, attending from 2002 to 2006.
