Amber Smith

Amber Smith currently serves as the Executive Team Leader of Human Resources and previously held the role of Executive Team Leader of Service and Engagement at Target since August 2023. Prior to this, Smith was an Operations Specialist at Saxbys from February 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included training team members, model servant leadership practices, and recruiting potential candidates. Additional roles at Saxbys included Student C.E.O. and Team Lead, focusing on team supervision, training, and customer engagement. Smith began a career in the café industry as a Barista. Amber Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Penn State University in 2023 and completed high school at Dover Area High School in 2019.
