Amy Probst

Amy Probst is the current Vice President of Store Operations for Food & Beverage at Target. Amy has been with Target since September 2007, when they started as a district team leader. In October 2014, they were promoted to their current position.

Amy Probst has a MBA from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business and a BA in Public Relations and Business from Texas Tech University.
