Andrew DaSilva is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Merchandise Operations. Andrew's diverse background includes roles such as Sr. Manager of Process & Operations and Transition Lead at Target, where they contributed to enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to that, Andrew earned an MBA with a marketing concentration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and held various positions in consulting and quality analysis at Deloitte and Planned Systems International.
