Andy Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital merchandising and marketing, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Hardlines & Global Site Merchandising at Target since July 2004. In this role, Andy oversees the Hardlines digital businesses and marketing events while successfully enhancing sales, digital profitability, and customer satisfaction. Previous positions at Target include Director of Global Site Merchandising and Product Owner for Personalization & Dynamic Content. Prior to Target, Andy held marketing and analytical roles at Thomson Reuters and Fingerhut, where skills in database marketing and market analysis were honed. Andy holds an MBA in Strategic Management & Marketing from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College.
