Anne Naughtin

Anne Naughtin is a seasoned executive search consultant with specialized experience in Marketing and Digital roles, currently serving as the Lead Executive Search Consultant at Target since January 2023. Previously, Naughtin held positions at Korn Ferry, where responsibilities included assessing and facilitating CEO succession, as well as executive search for board members and financial officers. Naughtin's early career involved recruiting for Best Buy in various capacities and nurturing corporate partnerships at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. Naughtin's background is complemented by a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Music from Butler University, along with earlier experience in community relations strategy for the Archdiocese of San Francisco.
