Anthony Jison

Anthony Jison has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anthony is currently working at Target since 2021, where they serve as the Director of Strategy & Operations and Chief of Staff to the Vice President. In this role, they are responsible for building and activating the future vision and long-term roadmap, managing a team focused on data & analytics, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant from 2016 to 2023. In this role, they provided strategic recommendations for marketing, branding, and web strategy, and helped businesses optimize their processes.

Before becoming an Independent Consultant, Anthony worked at Accenture from 2017 to 2021. Anthony held various positions including Associate Manager in Business Development & Innovation, Consultant, and Senior Analyst. In these roles, they led strategic business development, managed consulting engagements, and facilitated the core strategy agenda for Fortune 500 clients.

Additionally, they have experience working at Cargomatic, Inc. as a Strategic Programs Specialist from 2015 to 2016, where they quickly rose through the ranks and managed customer operations. Prior to that, they worked at Cargill as a Strategic Sourcing Analyst in Global Sourcing & Procurement from 2014 to 2015.

Anthony Jison has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management with a focus on Supply Chain & Operations, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Anthony also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Caltech. Additionally, Anthony attended the International School Frankfurt (ISF) for their elementary through high school education.
