Arkapravo Basak

Arkapravo Basak is an experienced design professional currently serving as Product Design Lead at Target since October 2024. Prior to this role, Arkapravo held the position of Head of Design (Product & Brand) at VIRGIO, focusing on creating fashion experiences for Generation Z. At Flipkart, from 2014 to November 2022, Arkapravo progressed from Designer 1 to Designer 2, and later to Lead of Design & User Experience, contributing significantly to the design system and merchandising experience. Earlier career experience includes roles at Dentsu Webchutney, Ogilvy, and MTV Coke Studio, encompassing responsibilities in creative direction and visual design. Arkapravo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Wilson College and is pursuing a degree in Persuasive UX Strategy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
