Ashley Stevens

Ashley Stevens has a strong background in supply planning and operations management. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Global Supply Planning at Target since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Global Supply Planning at Target from July 2019 to January 2023.

Before joining Target, Ashley worked at JCPenney for several years in various roles related to production planning and sourcing analytics. Ashley was the Production Planning and Sourcing Analytics Senior Director from May 2017 to June 2019, the Production Planning Senior Director from February 2014 to June 2019, and the Production Planning Director from December 2008 to February 2014.

In addition, Ashley has experience in retail operations and planning management, having worked at Hanesbrands Inc. Ashley served as the Retail Operations Director from 2006 to 2008, the Retail Planning Manager from 2004 to 2006, the Regional Sales Manager from 2003 to 2004, and the Forecasting Manager from 2000 to 2003.

Ashley began their career at JCPenney in 1989, where they held various roles including Basic Logic Market Merchandiser from June 1998 to October 2000 and Senior Merchandise Manager, Merchandise Manager, Merchandise Management Trainee, and CS Supervisor from August 1989 to June 1998.

Ashley Stevens obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clothing and Textiles Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they attended from 1998 to 2002.
