Barry Greive

Barry Greive is a seasoned Real Estate Development Manager with extensive experience in code compliance and building administration. They served as a Sr. Development Manager at Target in 2022, leading code compliance initiatives and collaborating with architectural and engineering firms. Prior to that, Barry held significant roles, including Sr. Code Administrator for the State of Minnesota and Building Official for the City of Hutchinson, where they managed complex projects and trained building officials. Barry's military background as a Plane Captain and Jet Mechanic in the U.S. Marine Corps further underscores their leadership and technical skills. They are currently pursuing multiple degrees at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and Inver Hills Community College.
