Ben Zvan

Ben Zvan is an experienced IT leader and kaizen advocate with a growth mindset, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Target. They previously held roles at Capella University as a Senior Systems Administrator and at the University of Minnesota as a Software Administrator, where they focused on optimizing enterprise web applications and implementing DevOps practices. With a background in telecommunications from C & D Communications, Ben has also operated a photography business since 1991, specializing in various forms of photography. They hold a degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
