Benjamin Brunnette

Benjamin Brunnette is currently the Sr Manager of Culture, Diversity & Inclusion at Target. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager Assistant at Bain & Company from October 2015 to November 2017. Their responsibilities there included providing administrative and organizational support, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, planning travel and events, handling expense reports, communicating with vendors and clients, and preparing written and verbal correspondence. Benjamin also took on a leadership role in Bain's LGBTQ employee resource group, BGLAD. In this role, they initiated quarterly meetings, social gatherings, office-wide visibility initiatives, philanthropic efforts, a local newsletter, and managed the budget. Globally, they helped add an 'ally' affiliation to the HR portal, standardize a logo, and wrote three ally training modules.

Before Bain & Company, Benjamin worked as an Executive Assistant on a contract basis at Capital Group from June 2015 to October 2015.

Benjamin Brunnette completed their Master of Music in Voice Performance at Roosevelt University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Voice Performance at Baldwin Wallace University. Benjamin also has a degree in Theater and Music from the University of Minnesota.
