Bill Splain

Bill Splain is a retired Director of Store Design at Target, bringing over 30 years of experience in retail design and manufacturing. They have led teams in store fixture design, interior design, and procurement operations for a chain of more than 1800 stores in the U.S. With multiple patents and publications, Bill's expertise spans design management, process improvement, and strategic thinking. They are also a former Process Consultant at Splain Consultancy and hold two Bachelor of Applied Science degrees from Illinois State University, one in Comprehensive Visual Art and one in Industrial Education.
