Bill Stafford is a retired design professional with extensive experience in the retail and theatrical industries. They served as the Lead Designer and Senior Design Lead at Target from 1995 until the present. Prior to that, they were a Staff Designer at Adirondack Scenic and held the position of Director of Visual Merchandising at US Shoe Corp. Bill earned a BFA in Painting and Printmaking from The University of Texas at Austin from 1968 to 1972.
