Brandon Cole is the Lead UX Operations Manager at Target, where they focus on optimizing design processes and bridging the gap between design and product. With a Master's Degree in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Brandon's thesis explored the impact of process changes within creative teams. They have extensive experience in design operations, having worked with CVS Health and several creative agencies, including C Space and drinkcaffeine. Brandon is also engaged in publishing case studies on design predictability and change management.
