Brett Budzius

Brett Budzius is a seasoned construction and design executive with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Target, Brett oversees a team responsible for Mechanical, Refrigeration, Electrical, and Structural systems design, as well as sustainability initiatives. Previously, Brett held various leadership roles at Target, including Senior Director of New Store Construction and National Roofing Manager, where they managed large teams and multiple projects across the United States and Canada. Brett began their career as a Project Engineer at The Pangere Corporation and holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
