Brian Thoe

Brian Thoe is currently the Store Director at Target, where they focus on enhancing team culture and engagement to improve performance. With a strong background in talent management and leadership development, Brian previously served in various roles at Target, including Executive Team Leader for Human Resources and Sales Floor and Guest Experience. Before joining Target, they worked as a Retail Sales Consultant at Sears and held several positions at Best Buy, culminating in a Sales Supervisor role.
