Brittany Schaefer is an experienced planning leader with over 10 years in the retail industry, currently serving as a Senior Merch Planner for Newborn Apparel at Target. Brittany's career has flourished at Gap, where they gained invaluable expertise in inventory and merchandise planning roles over several years. Brittany has also held the position of Director of Planning at EVEREVE and worked as an Independent Consultant, focusing on change management and implementation strategies. They hold a B.A. in Economics and Management from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and are pursuing an Executive Education Program in Leading Organizational Change at the University of Minnesota.
