Caitlin Heinen is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in leadership and training roles. Currently serving as Store Director at Target since March 2022, Caitlin previously held the position of Executive Team Leader within the same company. As co-founder of F.word Consulting since February 2019, Caitlin contributes valuable insights to the consulting industry. Prior career highlights include serving as District Manager Trainer and District Manager at francesca's® from April 2009 to February 2019, where Caitlin played a key role in enhancing the customer experience through effective team management and training. Caitlin's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Theatre/Performance from Mountview Academy and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Catawba College.
