Caitlyn Guzman has a diverse background in leadership and operations, with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. At St. Edward's University, Caitlyn contributed to development and training as well as serving as Executive Director, where responsibilities included coordinating meetings, organizing events, and conducting training sessions. In retail, Caitlyn held positions at Kendra Scott as Inventory and Operations Manager, managing staff and overseeing hiring processes, and at Target as Executive Team Leader Specialty Sales, focusing on team building and guest service excellence. Additionally, Caitlyn served as Visual Merchandising Lead, leading execution of merchandising strategies. Caitlyn began the career as a Sales Associate at Banana Republic / Gap Inc., emphasizing customer service. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Edward's University.
