Caleigh Murphy

Caleigh Murphy, MBA, is currently an Executive Team Leader of Service and Engagement at Target, where they continue to foster strong relationships and enhance guest experiences. Previously, Caleigh held various roles at Target, including General Merchandise Expert and Store Executive Intern, and gained leadership experience as a Team Leader at Chick-fil-A. They also completed an Operations Internship at Prime Inc. and contributed to customer satisfaction as a Student Partner at Wiley. Caleigh earned a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Missouri State University, where they graduated Cum Laude.
